By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

OneFamily.uno provides a community support platform that connects members within local Family Cells for structured, reliable, and unconditional mutual support through the Needs & Deeds Protocol, Dreams system, Resource Library, ORE Token economy, and other features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OneFamily.uno is a platform designed to facilitate community support and mutual aid through Family Cells. Our Platform includes the following core features:

  • Needs & Deeds Protocol: A connecting system connecting members who need help with those who can provide it
  • Dreams: A community project creation system that mobilizes Family Cells to turn ideas into reality
  • Resource Library: A sharing economy where members share tools, equipment, and vehicles in exchange for ORE credits
  • ORE Token System: A blockchain-based currency representing life hours, with dual balance system (Received and Usable ORE)
  • Community Vault: Financial support for members who cannot afford connection fees
  • Weekly Family Gatherings: Structured meetups for connection and support

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

4. Family Cells & Membership

Family Cells are local community groups of 10-50 members who provide mutual support. By joining a Family Cell, you commit to participating in good faith, attending weekly gatherings when possible, and contributing to the community through the Needs & Deeds Protocol.

Each Family Cell is managed by up to 3 trained Hosts who are responsible for triage, verification of high-trust requests, facilitating gatherings, and maintaining Cell health. You agree to respect the decisions of Hosts and follow Cell-specific guidelines.

Members may apply for specific roles (Parent, Grandparent, Sibling, etc.) within their Family Cell. Role assignments are subject to Host approval and community endorsement. Role holders must maintain a Role Performance Score (RPS) above 0.6 or enter mandatory remediation.

5. Ownership & Revenue Model

OneFamily.uno is owned by its members. The open-source software belongs to a non-profit foundation governed by the community, while the platform services are provided by a services company. The platform uses a community treasury model to sustain operations:

Revenue Model

  • First year free for all consumers. After Year 1, annual membership of EUR 120/year to continue full access
  • Organisations (companies, non-profits, institutions) pay EUR 120/member/year with no free year
  • No transaction fees. Revenue comes from subscriptions, not from taxing exchanges
  • Vault allocates: 20% Operations (servers/infrastructure), 45% Community Fund (voted purchases), 25% Vault Support, 10% Emergency Reserve

All vault expenses are tracked on the blockchain for complete transparency. This ensures sustainable operations while supporting community needs. Members can see exactly where every euro is allocated.

Members who cannot afford the annual membership may qualify for Community Vault support, which covers their membership while they complete self-development courses and contribute through time and skills.

6. ORE Token System

ORE (One Resource Economy) is OneFamily.uno's blockchain-based currency representing life hours. 1 ORE = 1 life hour = 120 EUR. Every verified user automatically receives 24 ORE per day (for living 24 hours) plus an age-based backlog at signup (Age × 365 × 24 ORE).

ORE operates on a Dual Balance System: (1) Received ORE (automatic, locked) - represents your time bank, and (2) Usable ORE (activity-unlocked, spendable) - earned through deeds, resource sharing, health activities, courses, and platform engagement. You can unlock 100% of your Received ORE over your lifetime through normal, healthy platform engagement.

ORE transactions are recorded on the Polygon blockchain for transparency and security. The platform pays all gas fees - users never pay transaction costs. ORE can be spent to borrow resources from the Resource Library, access services, and participate in the OneFamily.uno economy.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members, Hosts, or platform staff
  • Fraudulent activity, including false Needs or Deeds, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of identity or qualifications
  • Spam, solicitation, or commercial promotion unrelated to legitimate Family Cell activities
  • Sharing, posting, or distributing illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Attempting to manipulate the ORE system, Reciprocity Scores, Role Performance Scores, or connecting algorithms
  • Unauthorized access, hacking, data scraping, or any activity that disrupts platform functionality or security
