Every team member's contribution is valued equally at €120 per hour, regardless of role or seniority.
Contribution Tracked in ORE
All work is logged through the platform using Needs, Deeds, Resources, and Dreams - we eat our own dog food.
Funded by Investors
Team members are remunerated when investors transfer funds to the platform, converting ORE to EUR at the €120/hour rate.
First Users of the Platform
Core team tests all features internally before public release, ensuring quality and usability from real-world usage.

When investors fund the platform, your tracked ORE is converted to EUR at €120/hour and remunerated.
