Our Vision
OneFamily.uno is a community-owned platform built on the philosophy of OneFamilism—where all human hours are valued equally at 120 EUR, regardless of profession or social status. We enable structured, reliable mutual support through Family Cells and the Needs & Deeds Protocol.
Unlike traditional platforms owned by investors, you own OneFamily. Every member is a co-owner who helps fund operations by unlocking ORE (our life hour currency) with money. 100% of deposits go to the Community Vault, which transparently covers: 20% Operations, 45% Community Fund, 25% Vault Support, and 10% Reserve.
How We Work
The Balance: 2X Unlock
Help someone for 1 hour → unlock 2 ORE (€240 value). This mathematical fairness incentivizes helping others and creates natural reciprocity. When you receive help, you invest ORE as a permanent contribution record—not debt, but transparent recognition.
Three Balance System
Received ORE (locked daily UBI: 24 ORE/day), Usable ORE (unlocked by helping others via The Balance, 2X mechanism), Invested ORE (permanent record when receiving help). Everyone gets ORE, but must unlock it through community participation.
Community Ownership
Members fund operations by unlocking ORE with money (€120 = 1 ORE). 100% goes to Community Vault: 20% Operations, 45% Community Fund (voted purchases), 25% Vault Support (helping those who can't afford), 10% Reserve. You own the platform—not external investors.

Blockchain Transparency
Every ORE transaction is recorded on Polygon blockchain. All contributions, unlocks, and investments are publicly verifiable. Transparency builds trust without requiring personal relationships at scale.
Family Cell Roles
Members can apply for roles (Mom, Dad, Uncle, Aunt) with specific responsibilities. Role Performance Scores and peer feedback maintain quality while recognizing all contributions equally.
